    Surgery is considered when symptoms like pain, weakness, numbness, or loss of function persist despite conservative treatments such as physical therapy, medications, or injections.

    Recovery depends on the procedure. Many patients walk the same day or next day, with full recovery ranging from a few weeks to several months.

    How long will I stay in the hospital?
    Some minimally invasive procedures are outpatient, while more complex surgeries may require a 1–3 day hospital stay or longer.
